Olly Murs Confirmed for X Factor Performance

New X Factor host and 2009 runner up Olly Murs, will be performing on this Sunday’s show.

The 31 year old, who came second to Joe Mcelderry on the talent show in 2009, will return to where it all began to perform his latest hit single ‘Kiss Me’.

Confirming the performance on his Instagram account, Olly wrote: So next weekend I’ll be back on @TheXFactor singing NEW single KISS ME 2009 was the 1st time…. Crazyyyyyy!!! (sic)

Since coming second on X Factor, the ‘Wrapped Up’ hitmaker has gone on to become one of the UK’s most successful male artists, selling over 13 million records worldwide and scoring Four number 1 UK singles and 3 number 1 albums.

Murs has also secured himself as a much loved TV presenter, with roles on The Xtra Factor and The X Factor.

X Factor is on Saturday and Sunday from 8pm.
