Lilly Singh Will Host NBC's New Late Night Show

YouTube star Lilly Singh is set to have her own late-night talk show on NBC, replacing Carson Daly for the 1:35 am slot.

While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Singh announced that she will be hosting A Little Late with Lilly Singh. Has a nice ring to it, right?

The show will launch in September and will feature Singh interviewing guests and also performing comedy sketches, something the star is familiar with from filming her YouTube videos. Except this time, Lilly will have “more than three staff members”!

Fallon welcomed Singh to the NBC family and even gave her a chance to try out her interviewing skills. Singh asked Fallon for any advice he has for her as a new host. “Don’t get sick,” he joked.

In all seriousness though, Fallon told Singh she should just be herself. “Don’t be somebody else, be you.”

Fallon then surprised Singh by bringing out Seth Meyers, who also wanted to welcome her to the NBC family.
