Bhumi Pednekar in Bathing Suit Shares "My Year So Far" Celebwell

Actress Bhumi Pednekar is currently on vacation in Tulum. And she's having a good time. She shared some highlights from her trip on Instagram. In them, Pednekar spent time at the beach. Pednekar opened up about her health and fitness journey to India Today. She says that one workout she likes to do is dance.  "I like to keep it interesting with a lot of variety. Even today, I dance to Bollywood tunes, it is high intensity cardio and a great way to tone up."

Pednekar tells India Today that she makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. "If you want something, don't wait for a Monday to begin working for it," she says. "Just show up. I just woke up each day and showed up at the gym. I decided to never break this resolve, so there were days when I would merely take a steam and sauna and potter around. But I was there, soaking in the energy."

In addition to working out, Pednekar made sure to change her diet. She tells India Today that her family helped her come up with a meal plan. "My mother has always been careful about what we ate, so when I was trying to drop kilos, she got even more innovative! We made a meal plan, of course mom worked harder on it. I love good food and was happiest when I was gaining weight."

Pednekar tells India Today that she eats healthy. She says that she made a lot of changes to her diet. "Eating to lose weight has helped me find joy in every morsel, to enjoy and appreciate the diversity on my platter, to sub refined and processed foods with whole grains and greens. This experience has changed the kitchen rules, and the way we cook."

Pednekar likes to share workout videos on Instagram. She revealed in the caption of this post that this helps motivate her. "It's all about loving yourself. I share my workout videos cause it motivates me to work harder. With 4 films coming out this year, I've tried to transform myself with every character and it took a bloody toll on me. My fitness journey has been kind of unique and one I'm so proud of.Everyday is a new struggle and a new learning."
