3 Mr. Moseby Scenes That'll Make You Miss 'The Suite Life of Zack and Cody'

With Zack Martin, Cody Martin, and all of their friends causing mischief in the Tipton Hotel, there’s only one manager who can make everything okay. That’s Mr. Marion Moseby. Throughout Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody’s multiple years and episodes, fans have seen plenty of sides of this character.

He loved playing video games as “Jango Darkblade,” he loved the outdoors, and he loved his hotel. Here are a few of our favorite episodes of this Disney Channel series featuring Mr. Moseby.

London’s dance lesson on ‘Lip Synchin’ in the Rain’

When London gets the part of Sharpay in her school’s production of High School Musical, the director suggests she gets some singing lessons… and dancing lessons. No worries, though, she has Carey Martin, (Zack and Cody’s mom,) and Mr. Moseby to get her through it.

On this episode, Mr. Moseby shows off some of his best moves, including (but not limited to,) the jazz square, fish tail, and crazy legs. The dancing lesson doesn’t go well but London and her friends still do well at the musical.

Mr. Moseby giving London a driving lesson with the PRNDL on ‘Cody Goes to Camp’

Learning how to drive isn’t easy, especially when you’re an heiress who has a driver bring her everywhere in a limo. During this iconic episode, Mr. Moseby is tasked with giving London driving lessons.

There’s a bit of confusion regarding what the mirrors are for and London doesn’t really want to mess up her outfit with a seatbelt. The most memorable moment is when Mr. Moseby asks London to put the car in drive. You know, the “D” on the “PRNDL.”

“It is not something you spell. It is a gear shift. The letters stand for: park, reverse, neutral, drive, and LOW,” Mr. Moseby yells.

Mr. Moseby dancing during ‘When You Stay At the Tipton’

He’s more than just the hotel manager. Moseby is secretly a great dancer and singer, even saving the day when Mr. Tipton needs someone to appear in a commercial.

He sings “When You Stay At the Tipton” perfectly, getting the job. After an unfortunate Chicken-related accident, Moseby is replaced by the twins and their mother. He still has a final cameo in the commercial, though.

The “honorable mention” Mr. Moseby moment goes to the final episode of The Suite Life on Deck. After looking after London for years, it was time for the two to say goodbye. As she’s leaving the boat, London tells Moseby she’ll call him if she ever has a problem. She calls right away with a pretty big problem. She’s going to miss him.
